Dijon mustard, honey and McCormick® Hot Shot!® Black & Red Pepper Blend add sweet heat to this seasoning paste for steak.

1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon McCormick® Hot Shot!® Black & Red Pepper Blend
1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin or flank steak

1. Mix all ingredients, except steak, in small bowl. Spread on both sides of steak. Let stand 5 minutes.
2. Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
